![]() PROSĪs a science teacher, I use a lot of diagrams. Not only is Kami a game changer, it is the most valuable teaching tool I've encountered in 29 years of teaching. When we return to normal, I will still be going almost completely paperless. Kami has been a lifesaver during virtual instruction, I honestly don't know how I could've survived without it. The writing tools are difficult for students who don't have pen tablets.BUT, they can upload photos of their work so that sort of makes up for that.the problem is teaching them how to do this. I honestly only thing at this time the one feature I would love to have is the inclusion of measuring tools: protractor, compass, ruler. This means that students can open a pdf and have the text to speech work for them. ![]() Almost forgot (as I'm just new to this one now) is that pdf's can be opened with OCR. As a math teacher.shapes are there! So is an equation feature. You can handwrite, draw, annotate, underline, high light, choose colors, line thicknesses etc. No need to argue with them about what they submitted as I can find it by searching the drive with their name or by searching Kami Uploads. works with Google Drive.a huge plus as all my work can be found as well as MY STUDENTS work. There are so many other terrific features as well: - text to speech for those who need reading help - my favorite these days as I prepare for the coming school year is the Split and Merge Tool! (I can now take pdfs and break them eat if they have answer keys or too many pages to be assigned at once). It is evident that students gain more from hearing their teacher rather than just typing. I really like that you can voice your corrections/responses/suggestions rather than constantly typing (voice annotation). I am leaning towards YES.my school doesn't pay for this so it must come from my pocket. At this very moment I have been seriously contemplating whether I was to invest the $100 to have all the features for the year. I have promoted Kami to my school for the past several years now.

(Gods Will) Some Christians are freaked out about being out of God’s will. The church of Rome is apparently doing something that is really pleasing to God and the whole world is hearing about it, and that is they are believing and the message of faith is being spread everywhere.ĩ For God, whom I serve in my spirit in the preaching of the gospel of His Son, is my witness as to how unceasingly I make mention of you, 10 always in my prayers making request, if perhaps now at last by the will of God I may succeed in coming to you. 8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, because your faith is being proclaimed throughout the whole world. God wants you to look at what He did for you and say OK, I believe it!ħ to all who are beloved of God in Rome, called as saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. But Romans will teach us that the core of being obedient is believing. We tend to think the core of being obedient is DOING. Without faith, it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God. This is not saying Obedience of the law, or just being obedient. 14 For it is evident that our Lord was descended from Judah, a tribe with reference to which Moses spoke nothing concerning priests.Ĥ who was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord, 5 through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith among all the Gentiles for His name’s sake,6 among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ 13 For the one concerning whom these things are spoken belongs to another tribe, from which no one has officiated at the altar. Hebrews 7:11-14 Now if perfection was through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of it the people received the Law), what further need was there for another priest to arise according to the order of Melchizedek, and not be designated according to the order of Aaron? 12 For when the priesthood is changed, of necessity there, takes place a change of law also. Jesus was born a descendant of David from the tribe of Judah. According to the law, ONLY a Levite can be a priest. The big deal is we are NOT under the law. Through His prophets in the holy Scriptures, 3 concerning His Son, who was born of a descendant of David according to the flesh, The Gospel Of God is what was promised! We’ll dig deeper in Chapter 9, but let’s make clear, our view should not separate us. Let’s back up a tad and see what was promised. God chose you, but not you…This comes mostly from 2 books. ![]() PROMISED BEFOREHAND: There is a ton of controversy about predestination. 1 Paul, a bond-servant of Christ Jesus, called as an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God, 2 which He promised beforehand Paul will answer the question of what about people that never hear about God, “Are they saved”? The solution is The Gift of Righteousness. In Chapter 1 of Romans we will discover that we all have a problem, and we all need the same solution. ![]() A biblical teaching of Romans 1 Bible Study Questions in Romans 1:1-32 While not capable of printing photos as a professional inkjet photo printer would, this impressive output is more than enough to satisfy any novice photographer or someone who wants a picture printed every once in a while. There are several single barrel releases to choose from, if you want something closer to Booker’s with a higher ABV. ![]() Whatever the age, the rich caramel and brown sugar flavor, along with that signature Jim Beam nuttiness, shines through. This 100-proof bourbon (and rye) got its 9-year-old age statement back in 2020 after it was removed for a few years, and some limited-edition 12 and15-year-old expressions came to market as well. While this last whiskey may not be the flashiest, it’s arguably the most consistently excellent. There are four Small Batch expressions available: Booker’s (barrel proof, filtered only for char), Basil Hayden (mild 80-proof, high-rye bourbon), Baker’s (relaunched as a single barrel release), and Knob Creek. There is no real meaning behind the term “small batch,” so for many brands it simply means smaller volume than other whiskies they produce. Jim Beam’s Small Batch Collection was created by former master distiller Booker Noe in 1992, at a time when bourbon was struggling for relevance (hard to imagine now). Other than that, there is no wrong or right, despite what blowhards and bourboomers online might tell you. How you feel about bourbon is entirely subjective, although there are a few objective truths: it must be made from a mash bill containing at least 51 percent corn, aged in new charred oak containers (not barrels, even though virtually all bourbon is aged in them), distilled in the U.S., and meet certain proof requirements, which you can Google if you are interested. Some of this is actually helpful in understanding what's out there, while a lot winds up being useless bourbon bloviating.īourbon, and all whiskey really, is subject to passionate obsession as much as anything else that people have strong feelings about-music, food, cars, movies, etc. And we come to bars and liquor stores armed with a ridiculous amount of knowledge about the truth behind the stories distilleries weave. We argue incessantly about it on Twitter and Reddit.
